TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.

Following receipt of your booking request we will check availability and if the property is available we will contact you and reserve the period requested, holding it for a period of seven days.

​

2.

Upon receipt of a non-refundable £100 deposit (full cost of the holiday if booking within six weeks of the start of your holiday) your stay will be confirmed.

3.

The balance will be due six weeks before the holiday.

​

4.

We accept payment by BACS  or by cheque payable to A & V M Nelson.

​

5.

The property will be available from 3.00pm on the first day of the holiday and the departure time is by 10.00am

​

6.

In the event of a cancellation every effort will be made to re-let the property. If unsuccessful, your deposit will be retained and you are responsible for the full payment. We recommend that you take out private holiday insurance.

7.

All damages and breakages are to be made good and the cottage and all its contents are to  be left in the same condition as at the start of the holiday.

8.

An access statement and fire risk assessment have been completed and are available upon request and we are GDPR compliant.
